Welcome to the CRRC from Board Chairman Max Hosford

The word ‘COMMUNITY’ comes to my mind when I think of the ‘Community Resource and  Recreation Center’ or as we know it within our ‘Community’ – CRRC!

CRRC is a non-profit organization that provides services to the ‘COMMUNITY’. We provide an Emergency Food Pantry; a Meals on Wheels Program, a Financial Crisis Assistance Program; Medical Equipment Loan Program; Job Counseling and we have a unique Thrift Store and an active Recreational Center.

I have no doubt that someone you know in this ‘COMMUNITY’ has utilized these services at one time or another.

What is provided today by CRRC only tips the scales of what our ‘COMMUNITY’ needs day in and day out. We have planned on what we need to do to continue supporting our ‘COMMUNITY’.

We have reached agreements with organizations to offer mental health services. We have also been working with a local physician and our EMS structure to define what we can do to offer medical services to our community.

We also see that the number of people we are feeding each day are climbing, which necessitates the need for CRRC to expands its Food Pantry. We cannot do this with the facilities we currently have. In the first quarter of 2018 we will break ground on a new facility. The new building will be large enough for CRRC to grow its program base, continuing to keep pace in the years to come.

We are growing but we have to have your help! CRRC cannot do this alone. We need our ‘COMMUNITY’ to contribute financially so that we can continue serving our ‘COMMUNITY’.

WHAT?? You don’t know us?? I will personally come to you with a presentation about CRRC and discuss your donation either as a business, a family, a school, a church, your HOA/ Neighborhood or your civic organization. My name is Max Hosford and I am pleased to be a volunteer, donor and 2018 Board President for CRRC.

With your help we can help our ‘COMMUNITY!’
